Green Target Group has been in the property development industry for well over 10 years since its incorporation in 2007, having successfully developed and delivered multiple projects within the residential, commercial and industrial segment. Our dedication and commitment as a property developer is our drive in creating quality, value added and sustainable developments across the country, be it for own use or investment, and delivering synergized value to our distinct customers.

Our maiden project in Shah Alam called Greenhill Residence was a runaway success, having sold all 5 phases consisting of 222 units of luxury Semi-D with a total GDV of RM300 million. Our subsequent project in Semenyih named 228 Smart Industrial is a 61 unit industrial factories with a GDV of RM190 million was also fully sold. Mesahill, our third and highly successful project in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is an integrated development offering serviced residences, a hotel block and also Nilai’s 1st lifestyle shopping mall with a total GDV of RM1 billion.

From there on we have also embarked on two other projects, one in Raub, Pahang called The Colonial with a GDV of RMxxx million. Another is Innocity situated in Pengerang, the southeastern region of Johor. Innocity will be our biggest township development to date with a total projected GDV of RM3 billion across 500 acres of prime land right in the heart of one of the fastest growing region in Malaysia.

We continue our road to success by solidifying Mesahill’s foothold as the best integrated development with the completion and opening of MesaMall, Nilai’s largest and only lifestyle mall.


We embarked on a new journey with the launch of 88 acres The Colonial project. The largest, first and only conceptual lifestyle residential development in Raub, Pahang. With 600 units of mixed landed development at a GDV of RM450 million, The Colonial is a true testament of our capabilities in carving success within niche markets.

At this point, we also gained further recognition from IPA with the winning of additional awards for MesaMall as the Best Retail Development in Malaysia.


Our efforts over the years were rewarded when we received recognition from the International Property Awards for Greenhill Residence and 228 SIS as the best in its category

We reached a significant milestone with the launch of Mesahill, the 1st integrated development within Nilai. It’s RM1 billion GDV paved the way for an elevated lifestyle and landscape in the region


With phase 1-4 of Greenhill Residence fully sold out, we launched the final phase 5 Semi-D units much to the same well reception from the market.

We diversified into industrial property development with the launch of 228 Smart Industrial Series consisting of 61 units of Semi-D factories in Semenyih at a GDV of RM190 million.


The journey for Greenhill Residence continued to grow with the launch of phase 2, 3 and 4 across 2009-2011 as a result of the success from phase 1 0f the development.

The launch of our 75 acres flagship development, Greenhill Residence @ Shah Alam consisting of 72 units Bungalows, 292 units Semi-D, 26 units Terrace & 14 units Shoplot to provide a resort living. GDV of RM300 million.


The beginning of the journey with the birth of Green Hill Development Sdn. Bhd. under the leadership of Datuk Tan Hong Lai and Dato’ Amir Arif Bin Kamaruddin
