About Green Target Group

Green Target Group was incorporated in 2007. Under the stewardship of Datuk Tan Hong Lai, he spearheaded the group’s first maiden project, Green Hill Residence, a landed residential development inspired by luxurious resort living concept in U10, Shah Alam with a gross development value (GDV) of only RM300 million which was completed in 2014. Since then, it has transformed the landscape of the entire neighborhood, elevated expectations of discerning buyers and raised the bar for the new subsequent developments in the surrounding area. It bagged two prestigious international awards for its interior layout and design.

Succeeding from the first project, the Group ventured into 228 SMART Industrial Series; a highly functional all-in-one corporate industrial factory development located in Semenyih with a total GDV of RM137 million encompassing of over 18 acres of land. Its strategic location is surrounded by upcoming industrial hub. Earmarked as another noteworthy development, transforming and capturing the heartbeat in the area. Also accredited with an international award.

In 2013, the Group crafted its third exciting landmark mixed integrated development to the tune of RM6 billion worth in GDV. MesaHill in Nilai is the Group’s bold behemoth project, introducing the first international award winning lifestyle shopping mall in the vicinity. Again it aims to transform the landscape and inciting excitement into the livelihood in Nilai.
